How to order/Terms of Payment/Policies

BY POST. Print an fill the order form with the items required. Post it with payment to Crown Church Supplies, 8 Ag.Filotheis Str. 10556 Athens , Greece . Please make cheques payable to Sotiris Costopoulos.

Office hours: Mon-Wed-Fri 8:30AM to 3:00PM

Tue-Thu 8:30AM to 2:00PM and 5:00PM to 8:00PM

Sat: 8:30AM to 2:00PM (July-August closed on Saturdays)

Athens time zone Greenwich plus 2 hours - 7 hours ahead of Eastern US time.

At all times messages can be left on our answer machine (same with fax number) Please do not forget to leave your full name and contact information.

Terms of payment:

A down payment of at least 30% of the total cost must accompany your order.
The balance is payable on receipt.

We accept:
A. Checks payable to "Sotiris Costopoulos" or "Crown Church Supplies"
B. PayPal through our e-mail address crowncs@otenet.gr
C. Money transfer to our Bank account.

Carriage:

All small articles that can be shipped by post are priced C-Fr, no extra
shipping costs will be charged . We can also ship by courier (usually DHL)
at an additional cost depending on the order.

All large articles (wood carved furniture, large chandeliers, large
candelabras etc.) are priced Ex-Factory. Shipping costs will be added
depending on the order and destination. We will find the best possible and
most cost effective way to ship either by DHL, airfreight or boat after
consulting with you first.

Carriage is always charged at cost. Crating is almost never charged except
on very special occasions and always after consulting you.

International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations and
it is up to the purchaser to pay for all those local charges. Remember that
in most western countries religious articles are imported duty free.

Goods Policy:

We always try to ensure that the products we sell are of the highest
quality, and we appreciate any comments or suggestions. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will arrange repair or
replacement.
